NIC Converter is provided by NIC Services, LLC. This policy covers the website and Android app.
Reference rates
The website and app request rates directly from Coinbase over HTTPS. The amount you enter is not sent in that request. Coinbase may receive standard connection information, including your IP address, under its own privacy practices.
Support and hosting
If you email us, we receive your address and message to answer you. Website hosting may process technical access and security logs, such as IP address, request path and time, to deliver and protect the site.
We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs in the Android app. The website does not set its own cookies or store calculator inputs. Support messages are kept as needed to respond and maintain a record of the request; you can ask us to delete them where applicable. Hosting logs are managed under the hosting provider's retention settings.
